Refunds & Returns

Broken Glass Jars (on arrival through post)

We do our best to safely pack honey jars for every order however sometimes they break on their journey through the Australia Post mailing system. If this is the case please take a photo and email it through to [email protected] and we’ll mail out a replacement jar as soon as possible. Alternatively, we can organise a refund of the money used to purchase the broken honey jar. 

All we want at the end of the day is for all our customers to enjoy the special honey we put all our energy and love into producing every day! 

Damaged Product (on arrival through post) 

If your jar, lid or label is noticeably damaged in any way upon arrival please take a photo and email it to [email protected] and I’ll organise and pay for an Australia Post docket for you to mail the product back to us, we’ll replace the product free of charge. 

Somethings Wrong / Other Concerns

If you suspect somethings not quite right with the product you’ve purchase please email your concerns to [email protected]  

If your concern is valid I’ll organise a replacement or refund of the money used to purchase the product. 


What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

Our contact form only collects minimum contact information based on what you input into the form. The name, email and subject of the enquiry is collected so we can respond to your enquiry.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

For users that register or order on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. We keep order related information for periods required by the local tax requirements. Other information is kept indefinitely.

Your data rights

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Information you provide when you make a purchase and proceed through the checkout is sent to third-party partners to process and facilitate your order.
